I had a similar problem recently on ebay purchasing tickets for a concert. They cost me quite a bit of money and then ebay froze the sellers account and paypal fees.
Luckly my payment was just within 60 days when I noticed so I went through paypal and finally got my money back.... not much help to you I know...
