Sandy, the long 'snout' of the cow was achieved with the use of the 'fish-eye' lens.
At the time, I wanted include as much of the scene as as I could, but the fish-eye is a tricky lens to use, you tend to find your own shoes in a lot of the frames, but once you get used to it, nothing else matters.
Go 'fishy', go !!!

Stefan, I clicked on your name above your avatar, I see you have another admirer ?
It sees a few people on here have the same admirer ?
I had an 'admirer' the other day looking for 'good times' , but lost her email , and I don't think she had a 6x7 round her neck

I thought I should show the part of my brain I use for photography, the rest is used in the consumption of beer.

Thanks Aiki, but when you say,
"The pics there seem to be on a level not reachable....",
you can not mean that about your own pictures, I see some terrific stuff on your flickr pages !
You have reached and exceeded the requirements

I must post a few more of my cow friends, I know it will tempt a few on here to fire up their BBQ's, but what the hell, you can't beat a good steak . . . . .
