Try slinging a bag of rocks/sand/earth from the bottom of your tripod. That will damp your vibrations.

Of course, you could just up the shutter speed a bit. that will do the trick.

The thing is, the carbon fiber composite makes the leg sections lighter but all the rest of the bits that make up the tripod are the same weight. So, you only save a small proportion of the overall weight by using carbon fiber legs. Yes it is lighter but to make it really light you have to make the rest of the bits lighter and usually less robust.

As Smeggy said, the only vibration absorbing from carbon composite legs is to absorb vibration from the ground! In other words, useful in earthquake areas! Adding weight to a tripod has always been the method used to absorb vibration! Trick is, not to carry the weight but find it where you set up. E.G. Sling a bag of stones under the tripod. Using a bean bag on a rock is even lighter.

A carbon fiber tripod may hold its value, whilst they are new but don't forget composite materials age and degrade much quicker than aluminum. The aluminum ones will last far longer but they weigh a bit more when you want to take it up a mountain!

You pay your money and you take your choice in the end but vibration damping is not what you get from carbon composite tripod legs.
