My other half got me a subscription to Outdoor Photography magazine for Xmas, (even though I shoot interiors and architecture professionally :roll...

Anyhoo Feb issue the K3 gets a rather stunning review score of 95%

I'm glad.

Its a romantic dream, but I'd hope a future Pentax digital 35mm would carry the MX name as its my favorite 35mm camera.

LAME! This cliche that has been on my to do list for a long while, sounds like I may miss out

Smeg, don't confuse a bit of fun with defensive retorts. Take a chill pill and photograph something. Don't be concerned about what others think.
LOL.

Horseshoe bend in the Grand Canyon - what a clichés absolutely terrible, so overdone and boring, seen it on so many walls.

Wow I'd love to photo that Horseshoe bend in the Grand Canyon, it looks absolutely amazing, incredible!

So, um, there you go.........

Enjoyed and respected your contributions.

Given your chosen genre, I am really, really surprised it has taken you this long. Brand loyalty over common sense me thinks!

One of the very few contributors on here, as far as I can tell, that will actually seriously and professionally benefit from 35mm sensor.... rather than just wanting/wishing and whining for one.

I suppose if you're still using it in 50yrs time means Pentax still haven't come out with a FF.

I too would cast vote on the humble DAL 55-300, cracking lens, for someone who doesn't shoot long that often the fact it is so light makes it easy to always have with you

Many thanks for taking the time to write that up Jim, interesting thoughts, and I sure it will be well appreciated by a few folks.

I wonder, is the barrel distortion improved compared to the 21ltd, and also have you popped it on a film body to double check 35mm compatibility at various focal lengths?
