There are more of these on E bay than you can shake a stick at

Nah -- you'd never fit an X wing under that bridge!

I learned my lesson regarding the viewfinder when I stopped looking through it for every shot and began using the LCD screen for changing settings (when taking multiple macros, for example). Even if it is shaded it will make a difference and I now put my left thumb over it while using the remote in my right hand. (The official cover for it is in my bag somewhere!)

We don't see many Canadian birds (except your geese!). Looking forward to it.

That's a menu I have barely even looked at - I too will have a play with it.
Thank you both for question AND answer

I think it's time to run!

More seriously, Photoshop can be an incomprehensible jungle (viz. the above instructions). If you need effective, but simple editing power, get a (free) copy of Faststone image viewer. I've got both but I use Faststone for preference.

Fantastic - Amazing that you can see the stars through it - such intense light from something so tenuous.

Impressive pile.
I don't mind the slight skew. If anything it makes you study the image even more?

I'm not the least into motor sport but nevertheless, I enjoyed these.
