Cheers Daz & Stuey, thanks for the comments.

The 12-24 is great Stuey, it does have a fault in that it's not very sharp at the frame edges, but everything else about it is excellent.

Cheers

I've always avoided this out of fear for the durability of the rubber flap - how has yours stood up - any signs of cracking or loosening?
No problems so far with the rubber flap Chris, it's as good as new. I had a few SD cards that started to come apart, due to constantly taking them in and out of the camera.

A really lovely set of photos, I like them all, except possibly for the last one which is not in the same league as the others. The first two are my favourites, I can't choose between them.

I rarely use the card door. I find that continually taking SD cards in and out shortens the life of the cards significantly and can lead to bits of plastic breaking off them and getting wedged in the card slot. Connecting to the PC with a USB cable is much easier for me; when I've had a day out I download the contents of the card to the PC, copy to the network drive to ensure there is a backup, then re-format the card in camera.

What a find! I've never used a KX, but I do have the M28mm F3.5 and I love it, one of my favourite lenses.

Both of these items look mint.

I really like the last one Philip! Being honest, the other three don't particularly catch my eye, but the fourth one has an interesting composition and is the best of the four IMO.

I thought you were very positive about the mkII - I recall the nightclub shots. What was lacking?
I think Gary's referring to the K-5iis, not the standard K-5ii Adrian.

Yes, they will

Well done Carl, these are great. I'm not going to attempt to pick a favourite, I agree with you that they suit mono conversions really well and this is the best way to present them
