When you do that then you'll buy one - it has put my 16-5Omm DA* and 50-135mm DA* into semi retirement for travel but as i have said on numerous times before, look at the cat portrait on my portfolio and you will see it is seriously good.

i wouldn't leave the house without it.

I parted with a Tokina 400 f4.5 ATX (pka mount) last year for altruistic reasons rather than wanting the money or space but if you see that lens for sale it is really very good.

Bit noisy in AF but optically I loved and printed quite a number of large display prints off it which were stunning according to my fellow snappers.

i have the Sigma 35mm ART 1.4 and the 85mm 1.4, can't find anything comparable, they live up to the many reviews that uncharacteristically use words such as astonishing, to describe them.

I bought the 35mm first and it simply is faultless, then I bought the 85mm which is just as good and you are right, they are without equal at wide open aperture.

I have been fulfilling an ongoing commission for an international sports village and have used both for indoor court sports without flash, such as basketball, volleyball badminton squash etc.

These lenses have become indispensable and I am printing A3 and A2 gallery prints off them, coupled with a K3; making large crops in some cases too.

I have provided over 100 of these large display prints so far and I still can't believe how good they are.

Oh Wow, a cherished work of art, a statement about the heritage of Pentax. if I had the spare cash I would buy it even though I need a full frame more .

What can be said, the GR is fantastic for sure but the imagery here is more about the photographer, it is a stunning collection of how you saw those scenes , the camera is just a tool
