1st one doesn't do much for me, the falls shot must have been great to be there, but I just find there's too much going on and I don't know where to look, but I really like the tree shot, and the boat shot is my favourite.

Mind you, I've nearly finished a bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape!!

Really, shooting in RAW and heavy pp are not inextricably linked. Quite the opposite. The only difference between RAW and jpeg is that there is a greater capability for control in certain situations in pp with RAW. That's all. Some would say that it's possible to retain greater quality, but I certainly don't want to get into that old argument again (even though I do shoot in RAW).

I've only produced one photobook, and that was very recently. I used blurb and was more than satisfied with the quality.

I typed in a line of our address here in France, expecting a complete failure, and it actually brought up a satellite shot of our house from google maps and put a snowstorm over it.

Not like the real thing, as we will find out in Jan/Feb!
