Took the liberty of a quick, rough and ready alteration to your pic, to show what could be recovered. Hope you don't mind...

Their T&C's may say that refunds will be given and may take up to 30 days. A bit lazy as our online company usually only takes a maximum of 24hrs, sometimes even within minutes of a refund being requested.
I would write/email for a refund and say that if it is not received within 7 days that you will contact your Credit Card company. They will issue the retailer with a chargeback and this means they will forfeit your payment AND have to make a refund AND will be charged an admin fee by the Credit Card company. So this will make them sit up and take notice.

How did great photographers achieve their status when there was no online forum available? They must truly have been geniuses! Or was it because they just got on with their job/hobby, experimented, persevered and became their own worst critic? They didn't rely on others online to make them achieve. They did it themselves or with the help of family and friends (don't tell me online forums are a substitute!!).
So, don't take things too seriously here. You can always logoff and spend your time taking photographs instead!

Can anyone point me in the right direction...? My Silkypix software stopped working. The window wouldn't open up properly, so I uninstalled it via Control Panel and then went to install it from scratch. (I rebooted in the meantime)
However, on reinstalling, I got a message window saying that it was already installed and wouldn't proceed, other than exiting.
Has anyone had the same problem and resolved it?
regards,
