If you have a list of the formats the couple needs I always shoot the large group shot first and then whilst you have their attention show them the list of people you need on the list taped up close by and the order you need people. Then people near the end can go pop for a quick drink and those early in know when they're finsished everyonebis then happy and happy photos

I like to keep it simple

If crop sensor then 16-50 50-135 50 1.4
Full frame 24-70 70-200

Two bodies and enjoy the day

True but as the D750 is getting on for nearly three years old and is 6.5fps at 24 megapixels I would expect processor speed to have at least increased in performance.

The D500 is 24 megapixel granted not full frame but data sizes are roughly the same and that shoots at 10fps. If we have maxed out full frame FPS at 6.5 because of mirror technology has ground to a halt then it is sad news.

I am sure Pentax Ricoh will come up with the goods

But Gary, I think your signature message is in need of an update .....either that or your equipment list

Well if George is coming back then so am I lols.

I'm one of those ex Pentax now Nikon shooters and to be honest I am not surprised by their current woes.

I've been shooting Nikon for I can't believe it three years now. In that time I have seen their flagship lenses like the mk1 70-200mm VR no longer repairable leaving me using an ancient af-d 80-200mm to maintain reliability.

A D750 with the most appalling iPhone / android app you have ever seen that only allows single RaW image transfers over wifi.

A D750 purchase that apparently although they call it a Pro level body does not entitle the buyer to Pro-Level standards of service despite being a professional.

An issue within two weeks of purchasing my d750 showing none compatibility with my af-s 28-70 2.8 being told by the Nikon Rep there is no issue with that combo eventually getting a replacement body that has the exact same issues with a lens that works perfectly fine on all other models I have owned or tested in.

A D750 that hasn't had a firmware update for over a year now I think and a d600 in over two years.

To be honest they truly deserve to go out of business.

Come on pentax bring out a higher rate full frame body so I can come back before I jump to Fuji

The instructions for the app are all over the place. The app for iOS takes you to the google play store and the instructions for adding my wifi camera talk about purchasing a wifi camera plugin that's. one existent.

I also see it's built on the dreadful eye-fi software the same company that just totally stopped supporting all its wifi cards except the mini range.

I would have zero confidence in this app for photo storage based on my previous eye-fi experience alone.
