You can buy third party hoods for the 18-55 and 50-200 off ebay that fit perfectly and cost a fraction of the price of the actual Pentax ones.

Very happy with my K-r, had a K10D and then a K20D before getting one which were both very good but love the size of the K-r (even with my big hands) and I love the fact that I can now take much better photos indoors due to the lower noise. Thought I would miss the extra control dial and the top screen but I don't and I prefer the menus in the K-r as well. I have been recommending it to everyone looking for a new DSLR especially those on a budget.

Same happens to me I have a K-r too but it also happened when I posted photos from my K20D

Hi, David I'm also a K-r user. Went to it from a K20D and find it as good if not better now that I have got used to it.
