I did have a bid on one of these on ebay a couple of weeks ago, it eventually went for £66, what would be your best price?
I think I may have been the winning bidder for that one at £67.05 but it did not come with the adaptor and Luftwalk's looks to be in better condition. Takes very sharp pictures though and is equally good for both macro and portrait.

My first question is, why did you give them a DVD with pictures at print resolution? You've seriously damaged your profit margin. Reprints offer a tenfold profit. If I'm giving a DVD then pictures are a slideshow movie file. You can make more money after the wedding than actually from it.
Some people, my wife and my self included cannot afford to pay the fees professional photographers charge for printing out wedding photos. We chose the photographers for our wedding purely because they gave us the option of purchasing all photos on one DVD and the rights to the photos so we could print out the photos ourselves. Without that option we would have had to rely on friends snapshots of the day.

I agree with the Scott Kelby recommendation, I have a few of his books including one on Photoshop CS3 and they are well written and easy to follow in my humble opinion.

Thanks again for the advice, Recuva has retrieved 190 files so my mate is well chuffed!

Thanks guys, I just downloaded the Recuva one and it retrieved some files off an old memory card of mine so I will try it on my mate's one tomorrow.

Thanks again

Hi, a friend of mine just phoned me and is gutted because he has possibly lost two weeks worth of holiday photos and videos, he thinks he has somehow wiped his memory card whilst connecting his camera up to the computer. I have told him to drop the SD card round to me tomorrow as I have heard of software that will retrieve lost files but can anyone recommend a good one to use?

Thanks

Hi, this lens apparently originally came with an adaptor that screwed into the filter thread to change the macro from 1:2 to 1:1 and was matched to the lens. I could try using an extension tube but would rather try and source the adaptor also I do not know what length extension tube would make it 1:1.

Thanks for your time

Hi all I have just purchased this lens second hand and was hoping it would come with the screw in adaptor that makes it a 1:1 macro but it didn't so I was wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to get one? Or does anyone know of something that I can buy that will work the same? Its not the end of the world if I cannot get one but it would be nice to be able to use the lens to its full potential.

Thanks for reading
