It was a remark born out of tiredness and just a bad day,the reason for no reply to your question was 2 8month old baby girls, one one each knee and full of cold, my Grandchildren!........I have taken alot from this forum in questions I have asked,and advice freely given by members more experienced than myself ,advice which has enabled me to improve in the time I have been here. I have a little Velbon tripod which I use mainly for macro shots!...it is full size but shrinks down to about 12" high!....holds my K20D and DA*300 Just fine!.........Ken

Hi Barrie!.......they usually have a narrow bench under the viewing slot,I just use my mini tripod as a table top support,it works a treat!............Ken
