I have the old Tamron 28/300,not the one with the anti/shake!...I always thought it was a great lens,I took some amazing shots with it,at least I thought they were amazing............but then I bought a DA*300,ENOUGH SAID!

I don't know about anyone else,but I find converters /adapters work best on Prime lenses!.....on zooms I think the image quality is effected for the worse!......only my opinion mind!

I'm afraid the lens is duff!,,,,,,,,even hand held at 300mm they shouldnt be like that!...and as I said before nothing at all in focus!...I have taken 1000's of shots at 300mm and even with my old Tamron 28/300 I never managed anything as blurred as the first 4 shots!................There is a problem with it Tel and it needs to go back!.....

Not quite on the button are they Tel!.......could be the lens of course!........there seems to be nothing in focus,to my eye anyway,so it's not a back or front focus proplem. The shutter speeds are high so camera shake could be ruled out I suppose,what's your K20 like with other lenses?......................sorry I'm not much help,someone more experienced in these things will be along shortly!..................Ken

No3 then No2 for me!.......would have been No1 but for the haze!......we get lots of days like that up here,par for the course I'm afraid!. The Bird shot is amazing ,but the selective focus and background on the third is superb!.........well done that man!.....I hope you enjoyed your trip to my beautiful County!......Ken
