Glad to see SRS still supporting the Pentax system in the UK. I think these deals cause even the tightest of 'other ends' to start reaching for the wallet!

Hi Chris,
I wasn't complaining about missing out on the additional discount, I was only annoyed with myself in that I am no longer in a position to take advantage of one of the lens offers because I'm now broke. I was very happy to get the £250 off when I bought it from you last week.
Sorry if my post sounded a bit off. I really shouldn't post after having a few glasses of wine.

Like most here I have a wish list and generally wait until either the Photography Show or Black Friday now, so I wonder what advantage there is for retailers as folks like me are now holding off from large items In between the special offer weekends.

I was thinking the same. Money is a bit tighter these days and our home market is way more expensive than the US/JP. I could never afford to pay the usual retail prices, especially if I could save a huge amount by waiting half a year.

Thanks also to Chris and the staff at SRS for my 150-450mm which arrived on Friday. Haven't had time to put it on the camera yet, but it seems beautifully made!
