There's some obvious errors in that list if you read the thread further - particularly the 18 point AF doesn't make sense (19 maybe...) and "expanded" ISO would only go down once - i.e. ISO 100 not ISO 50.
However, this picture is genuine, there's too many subtle details different from the K7 to be a photoshop job :

18 focus points seems odd to me - surely 19 would make more sense?
The Iso standard seems odd to me but maybe it is right.
Also the bit about flashes is interesting.
Sounds like Katzeye won't be selling to many screens for it if the viewfinder info is correct.
Interesting to see where they put dual cards in it!
Now where do I place my order?

Comparing this head on with my K-7 I can't see any difference other than a 5 instead of a 7? Not that it is a bad thing, as I love the design of the K-7, which would mean grips and batteries all fit etc., but could you point out the differences as they are so subtle that I can't see 'em!

Have a close look at the picture - especially at the K-5. The text does not appear to be aligned.
There are just some minor differences which suggest it is either exactly the same body with just internal improvements or is is a PaintShop job!

there's no way someone could do the detail on the selector knob.
Text could be a photoshop job at Pentax end.
Its about right time for press packs to be going out under NDA...

Apparently the K-7 pre release had ISO 50 .. as well as faster AF and AF in video mode.

Are the specs enough to tempt you away from the arms of Canon Mike?

Yeah that would easier than replacing the 7 with a 5.
