Fortnightly competition #34 - LONG EXPOSURE

Your assignment for this fortnight, should you choose to accept it, is to create a photographic image (with or without post processing) based on a long exposure. For this competition anything longer than 1 s is supposed to be long. (Which also means that a 1 s exposure is too short!)

This competition will close on the 3. February 2010 at 18:00 GMT. (Please allow ample time as the exposure time will be ...ehm... long).

Some are more equal than others

All I've managed to come up with, I'm afraid. This was actually a test shot to work out position and exposure. Had wanted some waiters hanging around inside to enter the frame. But instead they went to the management, who came to tell me - politely but firmly - that they didn't want me taking any more photos!

Exif: Taken last Saturday ca. 1830, K20D, DA12-24 @ 15mm, f5.6, 1.3sec, ISO400 (had forgotten to switch to 100!)
