SRS get a strong thumbs up from me. All my Pentax gear has come from them including my recently added D-BG2 grip, AF-360FGZ flash and O-ME53 Magnifying Eyecup. In each case communications have been good, delivery swift (and free) and prices keen. Excellent all round

Get a thumbs-up from me, certainly for the web order I placed. It arrived almost before I'd finished ordering it (or that's how it felt)

The only caveat for me is that they never respond to sales enquiries by email (three so far). That's pretty poor from my point of view given I only use them online. That's a bit like not answering the phone to customers enquiring about stock who want to go in and buy something.

But trustworthy, I'd say a definite yes.

That have responded to sales enquiry emails from me, though not always very quickly. They did with my last one or two though.

I'm more than happy with their service.

Email contact with them via my wife was informative and couldn't have been more helpful.

I bought a refurbished K10 from them last week and it arrived in double-quick time and may as well have been brand new.

I'll certainly be buying from them again.

I just received an email from SRS to tell me my order has been dispatched
that's OK, but as I gave them my Spanish address which they are sending to they have stuck Mainland UK at the end of it and I did give them the correct details, so hope I get it!!! will let you know what happens.

At last, not snowing here. Just pi$$ing down with rain instead.

Lovely.

Should really be thinking about moving South. Tonight we had -16.5 C. Luckily, the snow has stopped (for now)
