You bet they can, I ordered a battery grip last Saturday and my CC was refused twice it was my fault I put the wrong password in, so I phoned them after they notified me and sorted my card, they notified me that my order was sent on Monday and I received it this morning, thats the fastest order from anyone in the UK I have had in four years, so SRS sort out your website that you send to Spain and the rest of Europe as I hadn't bothered with them as they advertise UK mainland only when you register. This is the only company I will deal with from now on.

I have found them to be very good. The only way I can think that they could improve their service is by putting stock status on their website.

I think they do say if an item is out of stock but they seem to always have it, I think

I agree with Oggy about displaying stock levels on the website. Generally I've found them to be very good but I was waiting for 2 items for nearly 2 weeks and they said that they were on back order so I went to a competitor and the items arrived the next day from the distributor...sorry

Excellent service for everything I've ordered so far. Just ordered the BG2 for the K20D as a present to myself.... Hopefully it'll arrive by my birthday on Tuesday...

SRS are just another retailer like all the others and as such need to be treated with caution....
......And yes, they DO need to do something about their website,....it can't be right that the k20 with 18-55 is £20 dearer than if you buy the two items separately.....
