Actually "dredit card" was a mis-type, but on reflection it might be close to the mark.
Best regards, John

Of course SRS is not perfect, but if people love it so much it has to be for a reason.
They have good prices, great service (accommodating, pleasant), ship fast and treat us to free shipping.
I've ordered a CPL from a company (online) and they didn't say it was out of stock, I had to find out after I ordered it.
I then got it from another company, had the CPL arrive about month after I ordered it, no explanation why...
I'm not naming names because I dont think they are especially bad... Just goes to show how easily we are subjected to these mishaps when buying online.
SRS for me now is not only good prices, but peace of mind.
Of course I wont buy everything from them, but its at the top of my list when I'm looking for something.

What is not to be trusted is that SRS have every advertised item in stock.
K20D + 18-55 II is currently out of stock. No mention of that on their website. Bear that in mind if you're expecting to be in time for Cashback.
I do appreciate the prompt email though telling me "An order has been placed with our suppliers, and we should be able to despatch within a few days."

Don't you think we now have established that SRS is a trusted supplier?
Time to move on...

You can email Chris, the owner, and he will sort it out for you. Use a PM from here and he will reply.

Add my voice to the sound of the crowd.
I just bought a K20D kit from SRS and their communications were prompt and accurate. I was happy with the price, which I negotiated down a bit to compare with other sellers. Though it was still a bit more I was happy to pay the difference to deal with such a first-class outfit.
The camera was out of stock initially (so what's new?) but I got an email telling me so and another when it shipped. Unlike the poor practices of others, they do not charge your card until the item ships. So I had the pleasure of watching the pound go up against the euro day after day!
They delivered to Ireland though I had to fill out the web form saying I was in Northern Ireland. This is rather politically insensitive. I think their website should be improved in that regard. And that's the only criticism I can think of.
