Boots Slide Film- Do they still process it?

The Fuji Lab has changed it's address. I have used a couple of rolls of Fuji Sensia recently and they enclose a sticker with the new address to go over the pr-printed address on the envelope. Unfortunately, I'm in work so I can't look up the new address at the moment.

Fuji Lab address is now:
Fujifilm Processing Laboratory
PO BOX 136
Leeds
LS10 9BX
Tel: 0113 244 8221
as lifted from the web site a few moments ago.
The Warwick lab lost the contract and there was a gap in service - which is why I've migrated to The Darkroom Uk, based in Cheltenham - freepost service, 24 hr turn round on E6 and good price for process & mount (£7.25ish for a 36 exposure roll)

I hope they are, as I've got a small stock of the stuff and I sent a roll off a couple of weeks ago!

Further to the question posed in the title, yes they do process it.
Got the slides back after 9 days, processed by the Warwick lab. The slides are mounted and numbered according to film order, but they were returned in acetate sleeves rather than boxed.
I don't know if it was related to the age of the film (process by date was 05 2011) or the processing but there seemed to be a slight yellowish hue.
Had it been a reboxed Fuji film, I might have expected the greens to be stronger.
This was my first film with a S/H MZ6 and all-in-all, I am encouraged to have another go.
I did use my DA lenses at times with more vignetting than I expected (on the 50-200).

I'm glad to hear the processing will be honoured, as I bought 3 rolls only yesterday. They are currently 3 for the price of 2, so £15.98.
I strongly believe this is Sensia - perhaps a previous version? It's made in Japan, and with Konica well and truly gone who else could it be?
As for a slight yellow cast, I've seen that before once or twice with Sensia.

Glad to head the film made it back safely.
With regard to DA lenses on film, the DA 50-200 is one which does vignette throughout its range unfortunately. The MZ-6 only has a 92% viewfinder so the effect will look worse on the final slide than it did through the finder

Thanks for the info, Mongoose.
I shall stick with my Rikenon 50mm and Tamron 80-210 to cover that range.
It is a long time since I shot slides, probably pre-Sensia, so my expectations colour-wise are probably a bit out of date.
Never shot Kodachrome (expense), sometimes did Agfa (or Perutzchrome?) but mainly shot Fuji(chrome?).

I've used half a roll this week in the LX, expecting to finish it this weekend then that'll be the last. To be honest I'm not a huge fan of slide film and always used Velvia when the need arose, but for old time's sake when I saw the last roll in Boots last week...
RIP Kodachrome

Kodachrome 25 was the first 35mm film of any kind that I ever used - in an old Russian compact whose maker I simply cannot remember. I think my baby daughter, Sarah, was on at least some of those slides. She is 38 now. RIP Kodachrome

And those slides will be as crisp as the day they were taken. Archival stability was/is Kodachrome's greatest asset.Kodachrome 25 was the first 35mm film of any kind that I ever used - in an old Russian compact whose maker I simply cannot remember. As a side issue, if any of you have Kodachrome, finish ot off and get it sent before the end of November, as the only lab in the world that still processes it (in Kansas) will stop processing it by the end of the year.

My last rolls of K64 will be used on the last season of my excavation. I probably won't bother with slides for recording excavations after that, I'll just use BW film and digital. I feel rather sad about it.

A few months ago I wrote to seek the views of users of Boots slide film.
I have just sent away a film for process/mounting but the day after, I read on the AP Forum that the Fuji lab in Warwick (as per the return envelope) was no longer processing.
Can anyone confirm this and is anyone aware of what alternative arrangements are in place?
Will I ever see that film again???
