Still watching Heartbeat on Oz tv. Already seen Love Thy Neighbour, On The Buses, George & Mildred, Are You Being Served, Open All Hours and new here, just started, is Mrs Browns Boys.
There's no TV licence fee here and sadly no BBC, but plenty of BBC programs.
Best regards

Let the de-education continue.
One regret. Never made the EIF! Lived there, worked there, yet never had the pleasure.

Had the Enfield MOT`d this morning. First time it had turned a wheel for a couple of years. Found a cracking "Old style" garage in a local village. Was full of memories, Series Land Rover, BSA 650 lightning and a batch of old timers doing what old timers do. Lucky fella that owns it, his missus came out with a brim full mug of tea despite he had not taken back the previous days dirties.
Enjoy life

That sounds like a place to be supported and cultivated Cedric.
I've found us a B&B near Wantage, so Cardiff will have to wait for another time.
Looked at more cars today. Only one we vaguely liked that was suitable was the Clio Estate - but they aren't being made any more - new model due next year and besides it's a Renault .
Like the Suzuki SX4/Fiat Sedici, but the dog couldn't get in it.

Anyone noticed that if you pass a dslr to someone that generally does not use a dslr that they don't automatically go to the viewfinder but hold it at arms length and ask why the screen does not show a picture? Strange... have noticed this peculiarity 3 times in the last couple of weeks, maybe I should be less generous with passing out the K-5

Watching the Olympics last night, it was obvious that the
athletes being photographed by someone with a camera held
at arms length hadn't a clue if the shot had been taken.
At least with a conventional camera they knew that once it was
moved away from the eye the shot was in the can
What's with all the flashguns going off in the crowds
