I was looking at Photobucket by chance today and found one of my goth pictures had 980 views in a day and 1,827 in a week.

I know it's not on a scale of Ken, but it was quite a shock!

Cant see myself going that far, I know of a couple of sisters who have walked 90 between them.

Glen failed his exams and is being rehomed as a pet, he was just too boisterous but 16 week old Hudson is much, much calmer and a lot easier to work with.

Now up to 30614 hits and a whole two prints ordered, thats teenage girls for you!

What a shame Glen failed his exams. Still someone will be getting themselves a lovely, well trained, pet. Do they ever offer failures to other help organisations - such as hearing dogs or to help disabled people with tasks around the house? Maybe a more boisterous dog would be better for one of those.

Being >60 with grey hair I find it a bit irritating to "prove" I'm over 18 or whatever to a till attendant who is half the age of my son.

Naff somebody off or get a £2500 fine and a criminal record?

I know what I'd do. Its not like using your mobile in your car is it? £60 and three points? You can still emigrate to the US or New Zealand on that.

Just for the record. Fags will be hidden from display in the new year.
Lurking is shirking.!

Buying booze in the US can be a challenge, depending on the state. My husband has had to produce proof of age before now when buying beer there. He shows his Dutch driving licence which of course means not a lot to your average American.

We have even had it in restaurants there that because our "waitperson" is under 21 they have had to get some one else to bring us a bottle of wine.
One time the person who brought the wine was making such a pigs ear of opening it my husband ending up doing it.

Reminds me of my 60th at a local 4* hotel ( allegedly )my sister and her hubby had flown over from Jersey CI and were entertaining us to dinner. After an average meal we opted to sit in the inglenook and enjoy coffe ( probably direct from Columbia judging by the wait ) A young bar waiter took our order for liqueurs and Jo asked for a flaming Sambucca with coffee bean. This he duly brought along with a plastic lighter and explained he could not light it himself due to health and safety regs !!!! Jo lit it herself and watched in amazement as the glass sheared off about 1/4 of the way down from the rim.We didn`t bother lighting the replacement !!
