Dale Farm Fiasco. Why are they called "Travellers" if the want to stay put. Shouldn't they be called "Nesters" or "Squatters" or "Landgrabbers" something like that. I think they should be left where they are because at least they're not here.

We don't do politics on PU....there are too many things in the world to get angry about and we stick with photography, which gets exciting enough!

That's right John..

...although you could get told off by Gwyn for saying the 'P' word on this thread!

I#m in a quandary today, the boss is out for a meal without me this evening.

Do I cook for one or get a take out?

Decisions decisions!
Cheers, HG

I have to admit we have a slight weakness for justeat.co.uk which offers delivery from countless food establishments of all types, or maybe Pizza Hut. Ordering online and just waiting for delivery is so convenient...

But it's also loaded with calories and we do try to resist. A bit.
Best regards, John

Mr Spider

If that is your belief - then think of all the gas and electricity I use in cooking for one

I can't afford to live on take aways every day and I enjoy doing a bit of easy cooking doing things I enjoy and having the occasional civilised glass of wine with the fruit of my endeavours

Sounds like you spookily forgot to take the lens caps off!
Wish the explanation were that simple, did not have any lens caps for the Yashica Mat. Spotmatic II, would be a bit difficult to use with a lens cap on. As no live view then.

I had used both cameras hundreds of times before, both for pleasure, and commercially, never a problem, and this problem never occurred again.

I have agonised over this time and time again, and cannot find an answer, other than spooky.

Take care.

I love the way that when my other half goes away she conveniently leaves me something in the fridge, in the full knowledge that I will be calling the curry shop.

Talking of which, she's away tomorrow night... Yummy
