Is the altimeter to tell you how far below sea level you are at home?

Me? I am about 50cm below NAP - the marker was on the wall but they took it away. Definitely at the foot of the Heuvelrug.

Not if you just need to know the time!
No it's also for outdoor sport like climbing, hiking and mountain biking besides that I like to swim so the depth meter sounds like a fun function.

NAP here is -1,50 meter, I win
Yeah I think it goes into negative as well but you can set that as "zero" level.

I'm sure all the other members are thinking NAP...?

I was thinking Qnh, but a little digging reveals this. Not actually that far off.

A little digging and you would be even further below sea level

Election fever here in the UK...

...evening TV dominated by politics...

......so far we've watched Harry Potter 1, 2 and 3, Sleepless in seattle, in fact anything that's NOT on the TV!

I'll be glad when June comes and it's all over.

As for Nap, I thought that was a mid-afternoon thing!
Cheers, HG

Harry Potter is our minister president. At least until June.

Luckily I have lots of other channels to watch to avoid the BBC election overkill. It hasn't started on Dutch TV for the elections here yet, but no doubt it will.

I couldn't care less about either election as I have no vote.

Another sunny day.

Now to check if the ash cloud is going to stop my husband's business trip.
