I have been involved in the running of Photographic Societies since 1986 ie 40 years.
I am a member of Arden Photo Group who have set assignment projects and discussions. Arden normally compete in National Competitions and Championships.
I usually gain National Photographic Exhibition Acceptances every year.
In 2017 I was appointed as an Approved National Judge for the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain.
I have experience in Judging BPE Exhibitions, Home Internationals, Federation Championships and Federation Exhibitions.
I am an A List Judge for the Midland Counties Photographic Federation and have been Judging for 16 years.
I visit 40 to 50 Photographic Clubs per year to Judge their Competitions, Exhibitions and Interclub Events
I have seved on the MCPF Council for 14 years
From 2021 to 2023 I was President of the Midland Counties Photographic Federation.
Since 2016 I have been the Midland Counties Inter-Federation Photographic Competition Officer.
I used to process Black and White prints, RA4 Colour prints and Cibachrome prints from slides, in my darkroom.
I prefer to work in Black and White and now use Photoshop and an Epson 3880 printer.
My first Pentax was a ME Super, which I bought in 1980.
