Oh this is a bit beyond Gaviscon.
It is probably more painful than someone taking your Pentax and replacing it with a Canikon.

I have a hard time following everybody's thread after 6 hours of flying. The 60km/h gusts were killer. I feel like I just ran a marathon. Good night everybody.

That has nothing to do with the flying Yves , more the nature of this wonderful rambling thread. Though running a marathon in mid air would slow one's brain a bit I imagine!I have a hard time following everybody's thread after 6 hours of flying. The 60km/h gusts were killer. Hope you had a good night sleep and are recovered from your flight.

So far this morning we've been visited by 2, yes 2, goldfinches.
Considering these birds are common they don't like our garden, despite the abundance of food!
There was also a raptor of some sort soaring in the distance, probably a sparrow hawk as all the birds are now hiding
Watch Yves come back with some wonderful wildlife shot from his garden now.

Not much luck, there. My garden is almost bare and all fenced up, so all I get are a few squirrels and the occasional bird, chased by the cats.

Ankle feels fine today. Thanks for all the well wishes. More importantly, I went into Newcastle (Aus) last night to see 10cc and your Roger Hodgson play at the Civic Theatre. B-loody good show. A bunch of old, grey haired farts on the stage, and in the audience, all had a blast.
