yep. £3.20? At that rate Helsinki is soon going to appear reasonably cheap (€6.50 last week)....

Third coffee and calming down, and a curry for supper tonight.

It's simmering on the stove and looks just...

... wonderful!

Ever since I got to work this morning reality has been on the blink and I have shifted into a parallel world where the laws of physics are different.

If I make it to tonight's beer I will be grateful.

Not cryptic - the facts that were are not currently. Ohm's and and Kirchov's laws have left the building and there is a lot of weird stuff going on.

The spell checker is trying to change Kirchov to anchovy. This might be an indicator as to what is going on.

Well that sounds fishy for a start.......................are you sure you haven`t already had tonight`s beer and this is actually tomorrow ?

If you are in a closed loop , then you may have to drink it again yesterday , thus P = parched
E = excited
I = invigorated
R = refreshed

proving that there is "no place like Ohm" and never go out without a "hand Kerchoff"

Sorry - been trimming my big bush and the ladder was a bit wobbly !!!!

Topiary expression TT - big bush - a large privet hedge at the front of Spital Towers designed to keep people on the top deck of the bus from looking into the lounge and try to cut down the traffic noise in general.
Also acts as a nursery for a couple of families of blackbirds every year.
Wobbly ladder - Jo not committed to the task of holding tight ! And the electric hedge trimmer is very heavy too.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Now all becomes clear

I have memories of Raymond up a ladder dealing with a tree using an electric saw of some variety [ don't think it was the hedge trimmer though I'm not sure now ]

Result of that episode was the loss of a brand new lambswool jersey [ me was NOT pleased that he had gone out in it and not an old one ] but no damage to him .

I have two here. Should I go out into the snow with the car? I think I should in the interests of art

I also have two 'frotto 055 legs and 2 different lenses, my own K10D and a couple of EF500s and other stuff. I'm tempted but pretty tired right now. If I do go out, it'll take some time and then I'll need to edit some video together, but I don't see that as a problem. The really nice bit is that the 17-55 is 77mm, so I have filters for it
