Good for you Cyril - he's nothing else to do so he might as well keep cleaning the window

Come on Barrie - try to keep up - Cyril/Cyrille is the new PUF mascot ( may get his/her own thread soon ) .The Wirral squirrel is our "pet" along with a few look-alikes - probably siblings or youngsters - and they arrive daily for some peanuts in the shell to be presented by hand on the window ledge by Jo or I - or lately - just walk in when the window is open , along the ledge and take from the bag.

Much more fun than X-Factor,more exciting than I`m a Celebrity, and much more graceful than Anne W.

PS.Other threads are available and pictures of Cyril/Cyrille do not mean that JR is favouring them over any other squirrels.

I think Cyril / Cyrille is rather lovely and cheeky and keeps popping up to amuse us all.

He/she , of course gives Tony plenty of experience in photographing wild animals

I've just had a wonderful scam phone call

A real beauty, which lasted for some time, whilst I had great difficulty in hiding my laughter

Apparently my computer is absolutely ridden with viruses and malware and that's why it has sloooooooowed right down .

The lovely little lady , who clearly is not a native born English speaker , was able to see that from her computer

I was of course using Windows 7

I haven't had any of the scam "antivirus" calls yet, feeling left out!

Spotmatic worked rather well, just deciding which of the images are best for printing and hanging on the wall.

I thoroughly enjoyed this one She couldn't understand why I was not reacting with horror etc . My PC lappy actually is on XP but it's only on when the kids are up , so it was nice to see that she knew I was on Windows 7 and it was running slooooooooooooooow.

Glad you are enjoying the Spotmatic Matt - not my cup of tea I'll admit

I've got something even older loaded with film now - an SV with the clip-on meter!

I was amazed how good some of the shots with the Spotmatic were. I wasn't at all sure about the light meter as it doesn't even agree with itself on occasion (1/250 at f4 should be the same as 1/125 at f5.6 right? The meter didn't agree!) but it seems that it was close enough for HP5.

First thing to ask is how do they know whats on your computer, then enquire just how much more information they have taken from it, then complain about invasion of your privacy and demand a name and address and tell them you will be considering legal action
