Mr Spider ,
It was a simple phishing call - mind you I can understand why some folk would fall for it . I mean to tell me I was using Windows 7 hahahahahahahaha.
If I did use a PC I would be exceedingly concerned - but since I don't I just enjoyed myself with her.
At least the time she spent trying to scare the living daylight out of me , wasn't used to scare someone else.
HG - correct - no phone number recorded . I'm well secured so I'm not worried . The only M$S thing on my pooter is M$S Office

Milkman popped in before for his fortnightly cheque and cuppa - "there`s a squirrel digging up yer lawn" he observed through the kitchen window - "Mmmm I know" , I said , "he does the hollow tine aeration for us" ....................!
I then opened the back door and shouted - "Cyril" - he loped across to the side of the house , accepted a nut , and disappeared behind the garage , much to the bemusement of the poor milko...............
Comedian/comedienne or what ??

Apparently there are also black squirrels about. The grey ones really do not like them by most accounts!

IIRC they're an unusual genetic mutation of the greys, although I didn't pay too much attention to the article.

I was going to post this on Davex' thread re the wedding then changed my mind, so here goes...
In a time of massive local authority funding cuts couldn't they just nip down the registry office and have a quick, family only do.
How come the government savings are going to bail out Ireland?
I thought they were to reduce the national debt!
And why, as a citizen, am I lumbered with a 'national' debt?
If I ran my finances like the government do I'd have been arrested for fraud!
Maybe this should go on the pointless thread...

A good firewall keeps them out so they're getting devious. If you 1471d the call there'd be no number, so no way to trace the scammers and, once they'd been on your hard drive they can get back anytime.
BEWARE!!!
Cyril for mascot, I think that's a great idea.
