Bl**dy cold here and I'm going back out in it to work.

Still, I've a nice new works jacket (CLICKY LINK) and it's cosy warm!
Ooo that Jacket looks posh and "official", are they giving you a gun and holster to go with it, that'd put all the scroats and vandals in their place

PS Some Arnie style sunglasses to go with it too

sort of. My wife asked me what I think and I was completely nonplussed. I didn't even know about it... I guess not watching TV sometimes has its advantages

That's very true but I still have this very uncomfortable feeling that the cost of the wedding will end up by coming out of OUR pockets - and at present that does NOT appeal

Agreed

Good luck to them if they want to get married, but it's nobody else's business other than their own and I really couldn't care less about it!

Lucky you Stefan.
Go to the Volkskrant site - all will be revealed. Probably more tastefully than on the Telegraaf site .

I don't even get the benefit of a day off when it happens. I'll just have to give up watching the Beeb for a while. Ah well. And SBS and RTL, and NEd1,2 and 3 .

Long live Discovery Channel .
