Gwyn, HG - (a) It's far too good to be for sale; (b) scarcity and the law of supply and demand would make it unaffordable; and (c) even if it was for sale I wouldn't reveal where because I want it for myself.
As is so often the case, it's not what you know but who you know - particularly if they live next door.

Just had a Stocking Filler (Piddle Brewery's 2020 Christmas beer). And you know what? The home brew is every bit as good - just different.

Agreed. Years ago, for reasons of economy, we made lots of home brew. One evening we were in a pub with friends. Someone bought my wife a beer, and she commented that it was interesting and pleasant. When she asked what beer it was, she was met with blank stares: "It's just Watneys Red Barrel."

I find that as more and more 'craft' beer appears the more it tastes of grapefruit. You might as well get some grapefruit juice and put a shot of vodka in it. .... Which reminds me, Mulled Wine. It's quite expensive stuff to buy in bottles BUT you can also get non alcoholic mulled wine (which is bloody awful stuff) quite cheaply from M&S. for example. Warm it up as directed and put a good slug of vodka in it. Awful to Excellent in one go!

You're drinking the wrong craft beer ! I find that as more and more 'craft' beer appears the more it tastes of grapefruit.
Hoppy, citrus (to a greater or lesser extent) flavoured American style beers are very popular, so brewers make 'em. But that flavour isn't a "craft beer" thing - it's just a style of craft beer.

Just checked to see when I can have my covid vaccination. Based my profile there are between 503,378 and 4,384,545 people in front of me in the queue across the UK. Quite a precise number.

Yes thanks, it is one day a year I get waited on, no chores like washing up, only effort required was cutting the cake. My daughter seems to think I need things to fill my time with, last year it was bread making stuff and this year a cheese-making kit. She did redeem herself on Christmas Day with a bottle of malt whisky which I tackled instead!

A belated Happy Birthday from me Rob!
My ex-daughter-in-law gave me a cheese making kit a few years ago. Never got around to it as I just didn't have the pans needed for it. Shame really.
Your chances of one soon have gone up with the Oxford one being approved today anyway.
Still I suppose we are lucky, we know we will get one sooner or later, which is more thhan can be said for most people in the world.

Thanks Gwyn, I also have an unused electric paella maker which I must try sometime!
The Oxford vaccine is supposed to be used anywhere in the world and as one medic said, we won’t defeat the virus until everyone is inoculated.
