Thanks all, and best wishes to pschlute as well. TBH Gwyn I just wanted to stay under the bed covers all day but got dragged out, and tonight went to an Italian restaurant which was fabulous - sambuca flambé dessert was spectacular!

Finished the wireing in the boss' shed, she now has enough sockets to run a heater and glue gun as well as proper lighting.

Heavens Gwyn, that's even worse!
Over the Christmas holidays we've been playing 'Travelling sprout's.
Basically a sprout has been left hidden in full view, the finder moves it to e new location, where it's sticky in full view. The next finder does the same again, and so on.
Childish, stupid and good fun.
Finally, tonight, the sprout made it's last trip, into the stove...

Finally got rid of #1 son today. For a while at least until he comes back to fix the front fork on his motorbike.
I did get an over engineered, over priced cupboard for the washing machine tumble dryer and freezer made by him before he left. I would have been quite happy with a stacking it. He means well...

The Digibox is playing up!
Being a typical Tyke I refuse to pay Sky, BT et all to watch FREE TV.
The down side is the super Humax recorder we have is now playing up, and sod's law means that the cheap replacements have all 'sold out'!
So I need to locate a shop with a replacement at a good price..
...it's enough to drive a man to drink!
G'n'T anybody?
