Ah.... LBA never leaves you John, just gets put on the back burner occasionally :D I was close to selling the 150 - 450 but since lockdown one I've got to grips with it and the combo can produce some reasonabe images now, , the K3iii has helped.with BIF and IIF ( insects in flight ) certainly.

An unexpected (to me) bonus of this lens is it focuses down to about 2 metres which makes it great for larger insects, also setting my camera to back button focus makes great use of the focus buttons on the lens.
