UK DELIVERY ONLY!
I agree totally. I ship ebay items worldwide, with a few exceptions. It's no more difficult for the vendor to post to Spain as it is UK. There isn't even any need to fill in a customs declaration for inter-EU trade. Jack, if you want that lens I can give you my UK address but I'm not going back t...

My first outing with the K20D...
Back on topic:wink: Is it me, or, do you find that when you use blue-line (standard) or Ultra II Sandisk cards the card writing takes as long as it used to on the *ist D?? Writing DNGs used to be fairly quick on the K10D, but unless I am using Extreme IIIs (most of my cards are Ultra IIs), it...

*istD Value Question?
I have replied to this already - but it seems to have disappeared. I would suggest that a body only would be worth significantly under £100 dependent on condition. Do you want to raise money or help a student on their way? That will also influence what you ask. I too have a *istD - from w...

Sensor cleaning in Newcastle upon Tyne
Same day? I'd expect it to be done while I wait. It's not a difficult or time consuming task. ....or the sort of job you'd have a big queue for? you can have keys cut, shoes repaired, and watch batteries changed while you wait, and every one of those is likely to take just as long yet also have peo...

A WARNING: www.bitesizedeals.co.uk
You mentioned in an earlier post that your father had instructed the bank NOT to pay it. Get back onto them and remind them about what has happened and that even after you had cancelled the order the company still claimed payment which the bank duly made - against your express instructions. ...

K7 Problems ?
Ah well who doesn't have problems nowadays? Even the high-end Canon 1D mark III had some problems when it appeared, they pulled back their whole stock so the K-7 isn't doing that bad.

K7 Problems ?
I had the green line in the sensor problem as I mentioned in a previous K-7 post and it was reproducible. I sent it back to SRS for an exchange and the new one is fine. From the anecdotal evidence that I've read so far, it only seems to have happened with a few of the first batch of cameras.

K7 Problems ?
Well, with a heavy heart my 2nd K-7 is going back for a refund. Thing is the problem is so simple that I am surprised at not hearing anyone else on here mention it. Simply, when using the grip, the rear dial stops working, randomly it may come back, then go again etc. Had the grip replaced 2 week...

K7 Problems ?
I wonder if the viral marketing they did with the K-7 was maybe a little too successful and Pentax had to rush it out faster than they would have liked. It all seems to have been done in a very slapdash fashion to be honest. Trouble is this could come back and bite them big time, especially if th...
