Does anyone know if I will be able to fit my K10D with Sigma 100-300mm attached in this?

I'm after a bigger bag, but as I haven't actually received the Sigma yet I've put off buying one until it arrives but this does look like a good price.

edit to say thank you to Coriander for bringing it to my attention!

I queried my order today and got a similar cancellation email.

I also got an email from them asking me to 'Rate their service'.

I believe the mark 2 has 'II' on the front edge.

I haven't used one though.

'Fence' and 'Sitting' are two of the polite words I think of when reading that.

I don't know why I bother to sign these petitions as the government don't really care what we think anyway ...

I'm sure that legally they are within their rights to cancel the order but that doesn't prevent it from being extremely poor service - this is why we don't mind paying a little extra to buy from SRS.

I value people's opinions and recommendations a lot which is why I bought my K10D from SRS (though they weren't the cheapest) so if someone reports poor service from another retailer I will think twice before ordering from them in the future.

Having said that, my lovely girlfriend has ordered a Sigma 100-300mm for my birthday which is yet to arrive, unfortunately she didn't order from SRS and so far I've been unimpressed with this retailers service so I may be telling a similar story in a couple of weeks about someone else.

Have to be honest and say I'm not sure what the price difference is between the two but they are both excellent cameras and are more than capable of taking great pictures. Have a look at the Pentax site to see if there are any features on the K20D that you feel you really need.

If you have the opportunity go and try them both out as one may just feel 'more comfortable' than the other.

Happy New Year everyone ...

Anyone broke one of their New Years resolutions yet?

I would always recommend one of the 50mm lenses, personally I have the Pentax A-50mm f1.7 which can be had for around £50 on ebay, but this is a manual focus - the Pentax FA50mm f1.4 is around £150 but is auto-focus. These are incredibly sharp lenses and you can achieve very nice depth of field affect (effect?). Have a search for example pic's on this forum, you should find a lot!

Don't know what you would spend the other £200 on though!
