Oh! Give it a try. You'll love Montréal. And the Canadian beer is good too.

But they don't know how to make tea, not in Toronto anyway

Brilliant photographs and the extra information regarding filters etc is invaluable to a beginner such as my self. Thank you for sharing.

I can't criticise the photos because I'm not very good myself but I can say why I enjoyed looking at them.

1. Looks like an extra from Peter Pan, was the dog to feed the crocodile

2. Extras from Hammer Horror.

3. Looks like he was in the process of being assimilated by the Borg

and part of the joy is trying to work out what they are thinking.

So they made me smile and gave some pleasure, and to me that's what it's all about.

This dumpimg of K7's reminds me of a stock market crash!!! If one sells everybody sells!

Mind you I think this happened with the K10 when the K20 price dropped.

Dave

So, if P - R introduce a new model K whatever, and the price of the K5 drops, I could just possibly become the proud owner of a K5 Or, if I wait until the price of the New model drops and so on and so on...

At my local camera club I noticed another member had a Pentax, didn't see the model, maybe a K10D? just guessing by the layout of the back. So I think that's two of us now

Did someone mention a battery? I was given a free one by a kind member. What worries me now is all the K7's for sale in the other forum.

Have a nice trip greynolds999 I nearly went to work in India in 1983, don't suppose it's changed much

The browser (FF) is working fine it's just I have to either double click or type the username+password in every time I'm sure it will be sorted out and there are 3rd party programs that do the same as norton was.
