I think it's a very complex subject, you need a whole new vocabulary for a start and some of the longer words are hard to remember, aperture, composition, SigmaBigma, I mean whats it all about eh?

Yes Glyn, my tent looks just like that. Clicked on the link for the lights and they are a bit more than I'd like to pay. All the "reading lamps" seem to use those small, more like a spot light bulb where the shade is just slightly bigger than the bulb. There is a couple of lamps on the B&Q site which look like they could be adapted for this use, they seem to have a bigger shade to spread the light.

Might have a go at folding the tent tonight as I don't think there is much on the telly

Just curious, what is the percentage votes for and against for getting a picture accepted, or is it just one black ball and it's out. I may even submit a photograph some day

I've been given a Light Tent (as seen on 7dayshop) and according to the bag its supplied in it's a 32" model. Anyone contemplating this item would be better served looking at something a little smaller, as it would be ideal as a "Wendy House" for a child or a kennel for a large dog.
The sides are kept up with the sort of spring used in reflectors which can catch you by surprise, also by the nose, eye, and under the chin so haven't tried to get it back in the bag yet.
Any hints on lights to use with this, so far I think a pair of builders halogen lights 400w on special offer at Wicks would just about illuminate the inside of it.

Golf always seemed a complicated way to take a walk. But enjoy it anyway. Do you paint your balls black for playing in the snow

Just got confused, switched the telly on and saw The Great Escape was on. For a moment I thought it must be Christmas, but then I remembered it's always the Wizard of Oz then.

I'm 68 tomorrow, perhaps it's something to do with the excitement?
