Well my broken rule was don`t forget to check your aperture/shutter speed when using old manual lenses !

Tony

Well I`m here TT - just waiting for Jo to return from the chiropodists and then off to Homebase for some "bits & bobs" - I feel a diy weekend coming on !!!

Flippin` chilly , breezy and sunny here - shorts are back in the drawer !!

Tony

Interesting concept Tyr - I once asked a Forensic Pathologist why we just didn`t wipe out all the criminals and rid society of the genes - his reply was that nature would just throw us a curve and create a super criminal to replace the extinct ones.

Must be the same with jobsworths

Tony

Exactly my point - brilliant !!

And they let him take liquids on to the chopper !

A notebook is obviously banned because , as we all know , a good lightning sketch artist can recreate a scene with amazing accuracy viz the guy that recorded the Charge of the Light Brigade , and the bloke who stood near Harold on the field at Hastings without whom we might never have seen the results. Also a good quality notebook with spiral binding could be deconstructed and used as an offensive weapon or a tool for picking a lock !!!!!

They deserve all the bad press they are getting !!

Tony

Now if Armstrong & Miller had been the norm for the Battle of Britain we would now have no Museum to view - eh blood ? Maybe the H&S brigade should read their own history books - without photos from holidaymakers to France there would have been a lot more Allied casualties because of unknown terrain !

Tony ( RAF Cosford fan )

Number 3 for me - typical Cyril pose - love `em
