Hi Stefan - we watched UP recently - it really was very very heartwarming and delightfully done.
We christened the Blue Ray Player with Dances with Wolves and Kelly`s Heroes - both great fun.
Day of the Jackal ( original ) still grips - Mrs Doubvtfire is still funny and Centennial Man still a well crafted sci-fi.

Tonight we are watching St.Trinians 2 - well we can`t all be perfect !!

Come on dougf8 !! I`m trying to get to the last of the sun up here but have to keep checking for your next post to cheer me up and make me laugh out loud.
Brilliant ideas - next stop basically the same for young adults and "parents" with IQs less than 50 methinks.
When I was a lad - sorry - dog poo was never a problem `cos it all looked like calcified rock or fossils - none of yer Shum or Spamalot or UARs,or Lasstly.Proper scraps and bones - came out ready to shovel into the dustbin..................................and the only dogs to bite people were police dogs !!
I think there were CCCP cameras , but they were Zorkis...............
As for cars - well my sister nearly fell out of my dad`s Jaguar SS when the door flew open on a bend ! And my little Emma spent from 3 months old until puberty either in a carrycot on the back "seat",or bouncing up and down on the back seat,or helping me drive frm the front seat.And none of this " well cars are faster now" - we had a Lotus 7 and a +2S both capable of shifting.
Terrorism is a little like bullying to my simple mind - if you allow them to get under your skin you are doomed,often if you ignore them they will go away imho.
