I was just wondering who manactuered the sensor on the entry level Pentax K-m?

It slots nicely though between the K-x and the K-7 it even looks like a hybrid between the two but with the ISO performance of the K-x hopefully

Pentax does need a camera above the K-7 though its just logical because the gap between the price of the K-7 (£800 incl kit lens) and the 645D (£7200 body only) is significantly too big and isn't attractive to new buyers or current buyers of Pentax photographic equipment.

Nice shots.

The detail of the aircraft is quite sharp I espeically like the second one of the Spitfire because you can make out most of the fine details including the pilot.

I saw the wing walkers at the Windermere air show and got a few shots but not as good as yours, due to me not having a powerful enough zoom

A pleasure to look at though.

Where did the designation "K5" even come from ?

I don't normally participate in forum dicussion but this blog post from another site really caught my eye and is a good read.

I just wanted some opinions on this post because I think its quite interesting.

Hi I'm a young photographer and I currently use my nice Pentax K-M (K2000) and shoot landscape shots generally in the beauty of my local area, and would like to learn more about my camera and shooting landscape shots.
