Just looked at his advert - and in all fairness he does say

Quote:
SMC Pentax M Reflex 13.5/2000mm Pentax Canon Eos Nikon I ADD ON WISH of BUYER ONE ADAPTER .Glass Condition Mint-.Cosmetic see picture
So I presume he means that the lucky winner will get the missing bit that suits his/her own camera.

Don't forget the inkwells in desks and the ink monitor going round filling them up [a nd some naughty pupils had stuffed blotting paper in them ]

And boys sitting in the desk behind who would put your pigtails in the inkwells

A suggestion - you are in Av mode - maybe you have it set so that the use of flash is not actually required even though you think it is - your aperture setting may actually wide enough open that with the shutter speed the camera is taking a better pic that way.

You could then try immediately by switching to Automatic mode and seeing if the flash works then.

If I'm wrong someone - tell me please .

OK - we may have another problem - my lack of skills with Bridge/ PSE .

The first pic will I think be OK - will find a smooth cover for the box and table[ it's glass covered so need to hide the glare. Now should this background be pale or a deep [ not navy ] blue ?

The second pic is more of a problem I've been searching for two unframed mirrors - have only got one that's 'portable' the other small one has a white plastic frame so won't do for what I had in mind . I've even asked my sister-in-law if she has one - no success .

I then realised that upstairs we/I have a drinks cabinet - so investigated - mirror/glass base and back

OK can solve the lighting problem [ and the clutter on the adjacent cupboard ] I think BUT there is a very obvious join between the upright and the base .

Has anyone got any ideas as to how I can disguise this ? I'm led to believe that this is not removeable in iPhoto and I'm not kidding when I say I can't do it in PSE /Bridge

Doubt if he can do much about the sky - if you wait for blue sky up here at present , you might [ if you are very very lucky ] get it lasting for about 30 mins

For the last few weeks it's been grey , grey , or grey - that's if it's not been white and snowing .

Hi there

And welcome - there are many folk here with the same terrible disease of LBA so I think you'll feel quite at home

Slight correction - he was in SA - since he's now posting again I presume he's back here in the UK

I wish he'd let us all into the secret about that darn immobile speug though.
