I took a picture of this hoverfly on a Majoram plant. My dad told me to put the flash up to freeze the action so I did.
This is my result:

What do you think:

Wow,
I particularly like both pictures 8 and 9! . Nicely exposed and perfectly sharp . I have to say that the birds in flight are really well composed, surprising what shapes that nature can give us!!

Not posted for a while, busy at school.
Taken with my K100d, 70-300mm, 28mm and 31mm extention tube. Taking a while to get used to them but happy with the last one.

These might not be the best quality but I took them from my dads car as we came down the m6. We were going south so I cropped the north bit of the motorway off the bottom. I liked the colours. I liked the power station in the first one.
C & C welcome.

Raspberries for the birds.

This one is the Sadest, we had a Bumble Bee nest in a compost bin, today we had a look to see what the nest was like and this is what we found.
All are unfortunately dead, not sure why though.

Been out in the garden and took two more photos. I have followed the advice and used the ACD software to edit and resized my photos before uploading to photobucket
