Any ideas? - My Exposure Compansation on my K-M has gone on the blink - I normally leave it set at +0.3 ev with the occasional change to +1.0 for aerial shots.
Anyway when I went to change it for some bluebell shots at Yoxall Lodge yesterday, the resulting ev was plus 1.3 to what ever I set (+0.3 = +1.6 etc)- any ideas please. And of course the warranty ran out at the end of April!!!

I have slowly being bringing my shutter speed down but at about 1/200the I start to get blurred images - these are my feeble attempts so far, (the Lynx at the bottom is showing some promise (need more sunshine!)):

These may help - or not.
Links to my SMC 75 to 150 & 80 to 320 shots (I am a beginner at this DSLR lark so excuse some results!

My Pentax User profile also has a few more 75-150 shots, the 75-150 was bought new in the early 80's, the 80-320 for about £120 secondhand at SRS last spring!

If you go the Elements route - just check out the price of a Wacom Tablet - you may get the Tablet plus Elements for a price very close to the Elements by itself?

We have two sites near us - Doxey Marshes & Wolseley Gardens.
I have no problems with the sites - but the staff were not very helpful with our query regarding transfer of the local hospitals ducklings last year.
We have some nice pics from both sites though in my Flickr photostream.

Bought my daughter for Xmas2008 an Wacom Bamboo Fun 'small'(with 5 circles) from PCWorld.
Cost approx £60.00 at the time - it is on the small side but what you have never had you never miss - my being made redundant at the time limited choice.
It came with PS Elements 6 & something called Artrage plus some other Bamboo stuff for writing signatures etc.
My daughter has done some great Manga art stuff & I use the Elements plus Camera Raw for experimenting with my RAW output. Not bad all in.
The latest ones come with a later Elements I believe.

This problem Pentax have with a starter DSLR is not a problem, they have one - its the K-M.
All it probably needs is a firmware update to activate the 11 AF points.
Since it will be sharing parts with the K-X, then the economics of scale should keep the price competitive.
Maybe Pentax think the snappers moving up will jump from compact to X70(bridge), then to K-X or K-5/7?
As regards market share k20 v k200, the online K20 users (PBase/Flickr)]seem to far outnumber K200, (Pbase figures today 174 to 15 (only 3 for K-M/K2000 gulp)),? (Over 1000 K10D users)

Maybe alot of K200 & K-M users are beginners & probably not 'into' using on line facilities?

Already had Me-super & Prog A with lenses, so when I decided to upgrade from our handy Fuji compacts after redundancy (I fancied an S2000) my wife said - 'pity whats going to happen to the Pentax Lenses'?
We did look into some K100 Supers for £200 - but just missed them, so when the K-M came on the market & Argos had them at £369 minus the Pentax £50 cash back, I could hardly refuse. Is the K-X worth over £200 more than a K-M?

I was allowed to take INTERNAL pics with my K-m at Shugborough at Christmas - I was told not to hold up the flow of visitors - recently Sugborough has asked me to put some of my images in one of their Flickr groups!
Some of my attempts were useless - because I had not set the camera up - and was ill prepared for my daughter to be told we COULD take internal shots, I had put all my kit away in the 'bag' as we entered the building!
My attempts:
