I've gone ahead and bought one from eBay as McBrian has said it works fine on his K5II. Do you know where I can get the latest firmware for the camera and how I go about updating it? Thanks.

Hi all,

I'm looking for a cheap macro flash as the Pentax and Metz ones are quite expensive. I found one that seems decent the Viltrox JY-670, however from reading some comments it seems it doesn't work with the Pentax K5II. Anyone know of a similar macro flash with tubes like that instead of LEDS? Thanks.

I am selling my Pentax K-r which I bought back in January of this year. The reason for sale is due to upgrading to a K5 II. I believe this is a great camera especially for beginners and it is underrated in my opinion.

It comes with the kit lens 18-55mm, a infrared remote which works perfectly, a spare third party battery. I'm also throwing in a 4GB SanDisk SD card.

I would like £230 and this includes P&P.

Hi guys, thanks for the many replies. I wasn't very clear on the focal length in my op. The problem with my Tamron is that it's too long and even a 50mm is too long. A friend of mine has said unless I'm spending £400-500 I'm not going to get what I'm after, not sure if theres any truth to that.
