The two images of London are breathtaking, each in its own way.

A lovely, atmospheric set. 2, 3 and 5 share family traits and play quite thoughtfully with DOF. The two architecture images are intriguing, and I enjoy the mood in the one you added later.

Lovely set, different from most skate photos I've seen - rather than going for the spectacular, the emphasis on concentration and effort, as well as the inclusion of context, as others have said, keeps us within a humanist approach that works wonders.

A very creative set. The last image stands out, perhaps, as the most painterly - quite different from the others to my eyes - and I would love to see more from the same 'family' (it works quite well as a stand-alone, yet would quite possibly benefit from the presence of siblings). Not sure how possible/easy it is to work on variations using this technique... Yet the first 9 elements do work as variations on a theme... I can very well imagine them being details of artwork from different periods, for example - could be an interesting game to play!

I'm partial to 6 and 7, not only for their graphic qualities, but also for their conveying of human effort to harness, or cooperate with, the sea.

Thank you for your thoughts, Bill, I hadn't seen the Shroud, yet it is there indeed. Might become the title of the image, if ever needed.

Fun series, the next to last strikes me as the most powerful - stands out from the overall fun, heading into uneasiness territory... brrrr...

I do generally strive for more than just faithful records when visiting exhibits/museums, and I have a hard time complying when my wife asks for "a normal shot of this one, please"...

Definitely on the to-do list if we make it to Marrakesh someday.

B&W works so so well with these images
Truth be told, they'd be pretty nice in colour (thanks to YSL's taste and work) if I had the skills and screen to "go colour" more often than I do... I would also need to to not be so engrossed with B+W images

All well seen and composed. I'd pick out 2 and 9 as favorites, if I were asked to.
