Beautiful images LennyB (I do have a preference for 1 and 3) and the processing is just right indeed.

A very tasteful set of photos, Bill. 1, 3 and 5 (and, perhaps, 6) form a wonderful subset, a beautiful study in background lighting (5 stands out in that regard, what an eye for the beyond!). Of the variations on a theme (4,8 and 10) I rather like the more mysterious nature of 4, with the almost dangerous leaning of the flowered twig toward the unsettling void of the vertical crevasse to its right. And 7 & 9 have an eye-catching play between the elements and their false shadows. Your colours, as usual, are strikingly subtle all around. Very happy to see new output from you Bill. And I hope things will start picking up on the theatrical front soon.

Delicate blacks, opaline wings - magical work Roger.

Not that the first image is lacking in beauty Roger, but the male flower is outstanding, both in form and colours.

Nice one, Gareth. Great sighting, and cool contrast between the white of the jumpsuit in the foreground and the deep black way out in the background.

At it again, Roger, those are beautiful. Nettles? No way, alien insects say I.

Thank you. You had me rushing back to Lightroom to check, but there aren't any converging verticals in this one.
Oops. I have to admit my eyes were (are) playing tricks on me. What's more, I actually meant 'diverging'. I guess it's all because of that great composition - I am visually swimming all around that image, so floating every which way and bobbing up and down... I still wouldn't mind skewed verticals if they were there, though.

I have, however, discovered that Rollei make their infrared film in 5x4...
Uh-oh.

impressive 'snow-crystals' in the first two, LennyB. The iris is a beauty, too. Did you notice there's a lamb feeding on the top flower in the first picture?

Nifty little set. 3 & 6 have wonderful light that sculpts the trees into abstractness; 4 is plenty dynamic, and slightly eerie; 7 is a great capture of the wint'ry mood indeed.

Couldn't say it better than LennyB above.
