True, very true. She doesn't seem like the shy retiring type either !

Now there's something you don't see everyday. Seeing your other stuff, I can't help thinking you could have made much more of this shot. Then again I doubt I would have had the courage to stop her and ask, so you've captured an image I'd never have got so Kudos goes to you.

Congrats to the winners. As usual I overcooked my entry by spending too much time in PS ! Lesson learnt. I hope.

Not to be discouraged though... bring on the next theme Ralf !

Ok, before I stick em on ebay, here's a few items I have taking up room.

Hoya 28mm F2.8 - Both caps
Vivitar 135mm F2.8 - Both caps & Hoya skylight filter SOLD
Cosina 50mm F2 - no caps, skylight filter & free Cosina CT1G with case attached !
Pentax MV1 - Broken rewind lever, light seals poor & smudged mirror, pay postage & it's yours for nowt.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that they are all K mount, fully manual lenses.

Some samples: (not trying to win prizes with the pics, just quickly snapped this afternoon)

Hoya 28mm taken @ f8 - lacks some colour & contrast but nicely sharp, well built mostly metal lens - looks brand new and operates as such.

Vivitar 135mm taken @ f2.8 - Again another well built lens with lovely damped focus ring. In built hood & hoya skylight. Some signs of use on body of lens, but optics are clean & unmarked. SOLD

Cosina 50mm taken @ F2.8 - Not as well built as the other 2, but this means it's very lightweight. Very nice sharpness, contrast, colour & bokeh as you can see from the sample. Free CT1G slr looks serviceable too, although I haven't run a film through it. With strap & quick release leather case.

Bear in mind it'll cost a few quid for jiffy bags & postage, but PM me a sensible offer for any of these & they're yours.

With this taking up all your camera time, you've no need for the DA* 300mm. I'll swap you a bag of smoke for it.

I have recently started to get back into photography but am still coming to terms with the fact that each shot does not cost me anything.
If you shoot like it is costing you money for every shot then you'll get better results I assure you. It makes you think more about the shot !

I can see them, the 2nd one is a little roughly edited at the top though. Try using a softer brush so as not to leave a hard edge.
