I wonder if Canon customer service is as bad as this?
I can now understand why customers no longer want to support the Pentax brand, if we are treated like this is it any wonder?

Just reading that Ricoh have discontinued the 18-135mm so maybe another version is due?

I have have had some excellent results with it, and indeed it is my "always on" lens.
I have found no flaws or problems with it,and as their lens range is somewhat limited, wonder like yourself what the reasoning is behind this decision

The questions need not be Technical, mostly they are legitimate inquiries regarding Pentax cameras and products.
Are we now to be dismissed out of hand then?

I am left wondering, if the intention is to leave this for so long that most of us will have expired, emigrated,or just completely forgotten what the question we asked was in the first place.
I am not happy at
1.The ridiculous delay.
2.The apparent lack of interest, and disregard of "Pentax Users"!
