i am after a monopod and maybe a head what do you recomend it has to suport a 400mm lens

sorted the leaver was very close to the metal guard thing moved it over a bit to give it more of a cap so works ok now thanks for your help

just had the mount wide open at 2.5 veiwfinder lovely and bright moved it to 32 ae blades shut veiwfinder dark blades dont seam to move when photo taken is this a mount fault

started to use this lens today veiwfinder dark at f 2.5 taken photos of a few plants on our balcony 2200 asa can only get f4 or the shutter speed is to slow also set -1.5 have i got a duff lens/mount seens to take beter pic.s in spot mode advice please

while i was in worcester today called in the camera shop,s and had a play with a k5 i want one what a nice camera must start saving
